Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

  • “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person or business engaging with Teach Music Online and accepting these terms.

  • “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to Teach Music Online LLC.

  • “Product” or “Service” refers to any deliverables, programs, subscriptions, or courses provided by Teach Music Online LLC.

  • “Intellectual Property” means all intellectual property rights including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, and proprietary content.

Product Offerings and Payment Terms

Studio Fast Track

Studio Fast Track is a digital course designed for music teachers. This is a one-time program available for purchase through a single payment or a four-part payment plan.

  • No Refunds: All sales of Studio Fast Track are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Payment Plan Commitment: If you opt into the payment plan (4 payments of $397), you are committing to complete all scheduled payments in full. Canceling a payment method or chargeback does not cancel your obligation. Missed payments may result in restricted access to course materials until your account is in good standing.

  • Payment Authorization: You authorize Teach Music Online LLC to charge your selected payment method automatically according to your plan’s schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure your billing details remain up to date.

Teach Music Online Membership

The Teach Music Online Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that provides ongoing educational materials, support, and community access.

  • Monthly Billing: Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Teach Music Online membership at any time by going to your profile and billing inside the Teach Music Online membership or by reaching out to our team at hello@teachmusic.online. Access to membership content will continue through the end of your billing cycle.

  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the membership, we do not offer refunds for any previously billed periods.

Account Access and Use

  • Your login and access credentials for any Teach Music Online course, membership, or product are for your individual use only.

  • You may not share, resell, or distribute any materials or access to our courses, portals, or communities.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to our programs or services, without refund, if unauthorized access, misuse, or disruptive behavior is identified.

Limited Use License and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Teach Music Online LLC, including but not limited to video lessons, documents, downloads, frameworks, graphics, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  1. Republish or reproduce content for resale or commercial teaching use

  2. Sell, rent, or sublicense our materials

  3. Modify or redistribute any content without express permission

Use of content is granted for your personal or business education only.

No Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-value training and tools, Teach Music Online LLC makes no guarantees regarding your individual results or outcomes from participating in Studio Fast Track or the Teach Music Online Membership. Your success depends on your effort, application, and circumstances.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Any disputes or claims arising in connection with our services, products, or terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utah County, Utah.

Force Majeure

Teach Music Online LLC is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events outside our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, technical interruptions, strikes, or government action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website, services, or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
